Beverly A. McRae

Beverly Ann McRae, age 84, of Hernando, Florida and formerly of Battle Creek, MI, died Monday November 18, 2013, at Arbor Trail Nursing Facility of Inverness, FL. Beverly was born April 23, 1929 in Detroit to Clifton and Charlotte (Holt) Case. Beverly was a 1948 graduate of Bellevue High School. Beverly was employed by the Federal Home Life Insurance Company for ten years, retiring in the early 1980’s. She married Marion Eugene “Gene” McRae in October 8, 1950 in Battle Creek. Beverly is survived by her husband of 63 years Gene McRae, Hernando, FL; daughters: Nancy (Ron) Reincke of Tekonsha, MI; Cynthia (Timothy Harper) James, of Gobles, MI; Kathy (Richard) Hughes, of Battle Creek, Joni (Willie) Whetstone, of Battle Creek, brothers, Lawrence (Joyce) Case of Bellevue, MI; Edward (Pat) Case, Ocala, Florida, Donald (Barbara) Case, Battle Creek, Cameron Case, of Oklahoma, sister in law, Carolyn Case , grandchildren, Dea Petersen, Danica Swafford, Roy Rolfe, Kelly Smith, Michael Ayers, Tony Ayres, Lisa Allen, Eric Culp, Nicholas Culp, Willie Whetstone Jr., and Sarah Whetstone, 17 great grandchildren, and two, great great grandchildren. Beverly was preceded in death by her sisters, Barbara Cooley and Deanna Perry, a brother, Raymond “Bud” Case. No local services will be scheduled.
