WADSLEY, George W. 84 of Homosassa passed away March 30, 2013 at Seven Rivers Hospital. A native of Minquadale, Del. He came to the area in 1968. Mr. Wadsley was a Methodist and retired from the U.S. Air Force with the rank of Sr. M.Sgt. Serving during the Korean Conflict and Vietnam. Memberships include the D.A.V. He was preceded in passing by his daughter Georgeann Wadsley-Smith and is survived by his wife Frances of 56 years; 2 daughters Lorraine Wadsley-Sierra of Tampa, Fl. And Christine Wadsley of Oldsmar, Fl.; brother James Wadsley of Newark, Del.; sister, Claire “Toot” McDonnen of Wilmington, Del.; 3 granddaughters Kristine Smith, Stephanie Smith and Megan Sierra. Memorial Service of Remembrance will be held Wednesday April 3, 2013 3:00 PM at Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa, Fl.
