Margaret Dolores Rosenberger

Rosenberger, Margaret (Cottrell), 87, of Homosassa, Florida has gone to rest on July 13, 2018 in Brooksville, Florida. Margaret was born January 28th, 1931 in Kingston, West Virginia to James A. and Lillian I. Cottrell. Margaret married her husband, Walter F. Romanow, in Tennessee in 2001; and they were together till his passing.

Marg had a great love for gardening and entertaining. She was known to be a very good cook and had a keen interest in politics. For a time she was a hostess at a premium supper club in the Detroit area. Marg will be remembered for being a dear mother, raising three sons. She had a great sense of humor and was known to be very generous to friends and neighbors.

Margaret was one of thirteen brothers and sisters. She is survived by her sons Leland W. Rosenberger and Dale B. Rosenberger, and by her brother David R. Cottrell and her sister Charlotte C. Brown. Margaret is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Margaret was predeceased by her husband, Wally Romanow, and her son, Garth K. Rosenberger. Margaret was also predeceased by her brothers Damon Z. Cottrell, James W. Cottrell, Ray W. Cottrell, Arnold J. Cottrell, and Thomas E. Cottrell. She was also predeceased by her sisters Marie E. Rojas, A. Louise Ownby, E. Arretta Kight, Francis P. Reese, and M. Annette Jensen.

Family and friends may gather for a Memorial Service at Wilder Funeral Home, 4890 S Suncoast Blvd, Homosassa, FL 34446 on Friday July 20th, 2018 at 10:30 am. Memorial services will be conducted by Rev. Dale Rosenberger. Inurnment will be at Florida National Cemetery at a later date.
