Minnie M. Eubanks, 96, of Lecanto, FL, passed away Aug. 8, 2018 under the care of Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast. Born in Hanford, CA; graduated from Washington Union High School in 1939, then from Reedley College where she studied business administration, then worked for Dan Day Pontiac in Fresno, CA until retirement. She married Douglas Eubanks in 1946 in San Francisco, CA. They moved and retired to Homosassa where they spent time boating and being part of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxillary. After Douglas passed away, she spent years volunteering at the Homosassa Springs State Wildlife Park. Minnie is survived by niece Stevie Martini; great nieces and nephews Justin, Stephanie, Randall, Nick, Mauddle, Tamara and Tonya, all of California; sisters-in-law Phyllis and Patricia Eubanks; nephews Ernest and Brian Eubanks; niece Pamela Giffin; great nephew Justin Sawyer and great niece Sabrina Sawyer. Minnie had many friends and neighbors and will be missed by all. Funeral service will be held on Fri., Sept. 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM from First Baptist Church of Homosassa with Rev.
