She grew up in Rostov-on-Don until she was 15 years old. Then she moved to Astoria, New York in 1993 where she spent her teenage and young adult years. Renata spent 29 years living between New York and New Jersey, then moving to Florida with her three sons in 2022.
Renata was primarily a loving and devoted mother. She worked very hard for her entire life to support her four children. She was a proud mom, and she raised her children to be the best people they can be. The strength, ambition, love, kindness, and creativity that she always had will live on through her children.
Renata had so many passions and interests, many of which she shared with her daughter and sons. She loved going to the beach, walking in the sand, and collecting shells and sea glass. She loved thrift shopping and finding unique furniture and decorations for her home. Renata loved to care for her beloved animals and after moving to Homosassa, was able to live her lifelong dream of having land and caring for many of them. Renata enjoyed taking road trips, listening to great music and comedy. She took great pleasure in cooking for her family, especially the foods of her homeland. She volunteered at the Homosassa Springs Wildlife Park, and loved the euphoria of riding her motorcycle on the open roads of Florida. Renata was an avid writer for her entire life, always so eloquent and artistic with her words. She leaves behind a prolific catalog of her writing: journals, short stories, poems, and so much more. She touched so many people with the love and light that she shared in the communities that she was a part of, online and otherwise. Her smile and laugh will be missed the most.
