He was a Hawaiian Telephone Co. Cable Splicer Supervisor and is survived by children Wendell P.K. (Sharon A.) Silva, Alfred K. (Charlene B.) Silva Jr., Melvin Wayne P. (Patricia R.) Silva and Gary R.(Roxie L.) Silva, and Albernie Iwilani "Pinky" (Steven K.) Ohelo, 12 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on February 11, 2017 at Borthwick Mortuary Maunakea Chapel. Visitation 9AM, Service 11AM.
