Survived by husband, Walter Carvalho; sons, Walter John (Barbara) and Patrick Joseph (Noreen) Carvalho; brothers, Richard and Henry Tavares; grandchildren, Laura Carvalho, Pamela Hennessey, Adam Carvalho, Jennifer Taylor, Jessica Everson, Susan Barnes, Laurel Whitlock and Kristin Carvalho; 12 great-grandchildren and Gigi Carvalho, the family cat.
Visitation at Saint Anthony's Church, 148 Makawao St., Kailua
at 11:00 am, Funeral Mass at 12:00 noon, and burial to follow at 2:00 pm at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
