

Bernardo Aaron Bernard, born September 14, 1987, was an extraordinary young man who led an incredible life. Survived by his father Keith Bernard, his mother Mel Carter, stepfather Bruce Carter, sisters Katherine Baptista, Mickella Jones, and Tylermarie Verdadero, brother Bradley Verdadero, grandfather Adolpho Bernard, and niece Teya Baptista. Bernardo was born in San Francisco, Ca and then later moved to oahu at the age of 2, where he later attended Pearlridge elementary and Moanalua Intermediate schools, graduating from Aiea high school. His journey following high school began with some time spent in the coast guard. However he was never one to be contained in any one place and left the military but continued to reside in SF until moving back home to Honolulu. Bernardo was many things to many people and was described as humble, thoughtful, and caring. He was an all around outstanding person who touched many lives. He always kept a positive outlook leaving behind inspiring words to always stay calm, keep pushing. He was a free spirit whose smile has been etched in our memories. He was an aspiring artist and a completely dedicated skateboarder who found something he loved and enjoyed every minute of his life doing those things. Through his passions he was able to bless an enormous amount of people with gifts that we will all hold in our hearts always. Bernardo will live on forever through our memory and through the legacy he has left behind. BERNARDO BERNARD FOREVER
