Cecilia Ortogero Palaroan, 86, of Makawao, Hawaii, passed away on December 1, 2014. She is survived by her daughters, Charlotte Tomas and Veronica Lucas; son, Antonio Palaroan, Jr.; 7 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held on December 20, 2014 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. Visitation will be at 8:30am and service will begin at 10am. Burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 1pm.
