Charles Keoki Malott

Charles Keoki Malott, 39, of Kailua, Oahu passed away at Castle Medical Center on Sunday July 10, 2011. Keoki worked as a Systems Administrator for the Kalihi Branch of the YMCA of Honolulu for over 10 years. His previous positions were at the American Cancer Society and in Loss Prevenetion at Ross's Stores. He was born in Honolulu and graduated from Kalaheo High School and received an AA degree from Windward Community College.

He is survived by parents, Bert Jr. “Bertman” and Charlotte “Charlee” (Puana) Malott; maternal grandmother, Florence Medeiros Puana; brothers, Bert “Kawika”, Delbert “Bobby” (Trudy), Joseph (Amanda) and Randall “Kimo” (Melanie) of Denver, Colorado; sister Florence “Misty” ( Jo Yokogawa) Kobashigawa; paternal aunt, Virginia “Cody” Ridout of West Portsmouth, Ohio. ten nephews, Albert, Peter "Kepa", John "Koa", Zachary, Joshua, Jonathan, Kainoa, Taran, Bailey and Kimo; seven nieces, Raven, Emily "Hoku", Victoria, Kelly, Kayla, Tiana and Mariah and one great niece, Khloe Marley; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Services will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 148 Makawao St. in Kailua; Visitation 8:00 a.m.; Mass: 10:00 a.m.; following mass a Celebration of Life and lunch in the parish hall; Inurnment 3:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Aloha attire.
