Cherry Reed Paragili was a caring wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Surrounded by loved ones, she sadly passed away on December 7, 2021, at age 41, in Honolulu, Hawaii. She courageously battled her serious medical condition during her last few years with the help of friends, families, and most importantly, God. Despite being taken away from us, she showed her strength until the end and kept her faith strong.
She was born to Henry and Milagros Reed on November 1, 1980, in Bulacan, Philippines. After migrating to the United States in 1998, Cherry chased her dreams as an independent woman to finish college and eventually settle down to start a family. Cherry completed her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at San Diego State University in 2009 and met her husband, Dale Paragili, in 2011. Together, they had two children: Christine and Darryn.
Cherry loved all the simple pleasures life had to offer. She loved daily walks while praying to God and feeding the chickens in the neighborhood. Her favorite hobby is taking pictures to capture every precious moment in life and make it last forever. She listened to catholic mass and read the bible daily, and she shared that knowledge she learned with everyone. Cherry is survived by her husband, Dale; daughter, Christine; son, Darryn; father, Henry; mother, Milagros; eldest brother, Gerry; middle brother, Sonny; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.BorthwickOahu.com for the Paragili family.
