GARY LEONARD CORREA, age 68, of Las Vegas, Nevada and formerly of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away April 28, 2011 at Hendricks Hospital in Las Vegas. Born in Honolulu on March 8, 1943, he was a retired weight and balance operations supervisor for Delta Airlines. He is survived by his wife, Charlene Souza Correa; children, Lisa (Jeff) Coelho, Kristi (Harold) Ahuna and James (Emma Kauhi) Kaheaku; grandchildren, April Kauhi-Kaheaku, Rachael Coelho, Victoria Ahuna, James Kauhi-Kaheaku, Jr., Dustin Coelho, Vanessa Ahuna, Nainoa Kauhi-Kaheaku; brothers, John and Clifford Correa.
Visitation 11 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 21, 2011, at Borthwick Mortuary-Mauka Chapel; Eulogy and Catholic prayer service 1:00 p.m. Burial 3 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery with reception to follow at Pah Ke’s Chinese Restaurant (46-018 Kamehameha Highway, Kaneohe). Casual attire requested.
