He was a welder and fabricator for in the Iron Workers Union.
George Kim is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth Kulani Kim; Daughters, Yvonne E. Kim (Ajimura), Sharon O.C. Beyster (deceased); Sons, George P.G. Kim, Walter P.H. Kim, Francis S.K. Kim, and Dennis P.Y. Kim; Grandchildren, Jan Ajimura, Lani Cruz, Keoni Kim, Sherri Beyster-Alarcon, Tyler Kim, and Travis Kim; Great-grandchildren, Lei Nani Nededog, Atreyu Kim, James Nededog and Andrew Alarcon; Sisters, Soon Nei Apilado, Janet Finn, and Marjorie Orr.
Services will be held at Borthwick Mortuary in the Mauka Chapel on Monday, April 16, 2012.
Visitation: 11:00 a.m.
Service: 12:00 p.m.
Burial to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary at 3:00 p.m.
