George Saburo Matsumoto, 80, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away on February 22, 2015. He was born in Keokea, Kona, Hawaii. Mr. Matsumoto served in the Army and was a Sous Chef for the Hilton and Sheraton Hotels. He is survived by his brothers, Clarence and Arthur; sisters, Mabel Beck, Jeanette Eguchi, and Violet Pollack.
Funeral services will be held on March 16, 2015 at Borthwick Mortuary - Mauka Chapel. Visitation will be at 9:30am and service will begin at 10:30am. Inurnment to follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at 1pm.
Casual attire suggested.
