Jitsuichi Tamashiro, a building contractor and president of J. Tamashiro Inc., passed away on January 30, 2024 at 102 years of age. He is survived by sons, Mark, John, and Daniel Tamashiro, a daughter Roxanne (Sidney) Shimokawa of Woodland California, four grandsons, Jayson and Ryan Tamashiro, David Shimokawa of Greeley, CO; Kevin (Norah) Shimokawa of Woodland, CA, and one great grandchild. Private services were held at Borthwick Mortuary and Punchbowl National Cemetery.
