

Reggie "Big Regg" Kamekona, 29, of Waimanalo, worked for the City & County of Honolulu and was a dedicated "Road Guard" member of the Ho'o Kupa'a motorcycle club. A graduate of Kailua High School Class of 2012.
A beautiful loving and caring father, fiancé, son, brother, cousin, nephew, uncle, grandson and friend with a big heart of gold who will live on in our hearts forever.

He is survived by sons Keiden Kalani, Khyzen Joseph Keali'i and Reggie Kalani T.S. Jr. Kamekona; fiancée Kiara Ho-Mook; mother Nileen Kawailani Mattos Colon, step-father Jesse Colon; brother Harlan Kealoha & sister-in law Nicole; sisters Arleen Kanani Kamekona and Nileen Pua Borges-Akau & brother-in-law Justin Pono Borges-Akau; 2 nephews Kaenakai Kamekona and Braxton Kupono Borges-Akau; 7 nieces Harley-Jean Lehua, Peyton Le'a, Presley Keala Kamekona, Diamond Kaimana Kamekona, Aleena Puanani and Aceyln-Ella Ka'iulani Robella-Aleka, and Marleen Makanani Borges-Akau. Paternal grandmother Evelyn S. Kamekona; maternal grandmother Catherine E. Mattos. Many aunties, uncles, cousins, hanai families, motorcycle club brothers & sisters from Oahu, neighbor islands & mainland.
Preceded in death by: father Harlan Bruce Kamekona; sister Hileen Puanani Kamekona; grandfathers Joseph Kamekona and Elliott C. Mattos.
A visitation for Reggie will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at First Assembly of God Church, 3400 Moanalua Road, Service 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM. Motorcycle convoy leaving at 1:00 PM, please join the family for a Celebration of Life to follow at 4:00 PM, 41-658 Bell Street, Waimanalo.
Burial: Sunday, January 28th at 1:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
