He is survived by sister, Wendy Allison; son, Alvin Proctor; daughters, Marianette Dancel and Taira Proctor; grandchildren, Danette Sciano, Daniel Dancel Jr, Matthew Dancel, Tiffany Scharf, Angelia Proctor, Diamond Proctor; and 5 great-grandchildren.
Born to Muriel Clymer and Ralph Proctor, he went to Summit High School, served in the U.S. National Guard, and worked in construction including helping build Turtle Bay Resort. He wanted for nothing and lived a full and happy life with very little material possessions, because his family was most important to him. For those who know him, he will never be forgotten, and he will always be missed.
Memorial will be held on April 22, 2023 at West Loch Elderly Village Hall at 11:00 am.
