Viet Tan Hoang

He was born in Quynh Luu, Nghe An, Viet Nam. He was self-employed most of his life: owning Hoang Gia Royal Restaurant in Fresno, a fruit farmer in Haleiwa, and a Manapua man on Oahu’s west side, before retiring in 2008.

Viet T. Hoang is survived by sons, Fatima Tu Hoang (Janice) and Rome Tu Hoang (Laurie); daughters, Kim Quynh-Tien Virtudazo (Jerry) and Ai-Khanh Quynh Hoang; brother, Vinh Hoang; sisters, Van Thi Hoang, NgocDieu- Anna Le, LeThu Hoang, LeHoa Hoang, & LeThuy Hoang, and grandchildren, Logan, Dillinger, Lily, Everly, & Levin.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hoa Phi Hoang (2005), mother, Han Thi Cao (2001), grandmother, Nam Thi Tran (1975), and younger brothers, Phong Phi Hoang (1974) and Cong Phi Hoang (1969).

Services will be held on Monday, April 17, 2023 at St. Joseph Church in Waipahu, Hi.

Visitation begins at 8:30 AM, followed by Service at 9:30 AM, and Mass at 10:00 AM.
