MR. ZHONG SHU CHEN, 74, of Honolulu, passed away October 16, 2011 at Queen’s Medical Center. Born in Zhong Shan, China on August 2, 1937, he was a retired cook at Legend Seafood Restaurant. Mr. Chen is survived by his wife, Bi Juan Lin; sons, Jin Nian Chen and Jin Sheng Chen; daughters, Yan Qun Chen, Yan Fen “Fanny” Chen, Yan Yan Chen; 11 grandchildren; stepson, Guo Xiang Lin; stepdaughter, Qun Ying Lin; two brothers and a sister in China.
Visitation 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Wednesday, November 2, 2011, at Borthwick Mortuary-Makai Chapel. Taoist services throughout. Burial 1:00 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery.
