Bobby Jean Cass

Bobby Jean Cass, 69, of Dunn, was granted her angel wings and into loving arms of his Heavenly Father on February 9, 2017. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Bobby had touched in some small way throughout her joyful life. Bobby was born in Clinton, NC to Rudolph and Pearl Wheeler on January 28, 1948. She was a straight A student while attending high school at Hobbton High School in Newton Grove, NC. She married early and threw her energies into raising 2 boys while being successful at Army ranks administrative assistant, teachers aid, owner of her own craft store, and group home house parent for special needs boys. She will be always remembered as a loving mother and grandmother and whose greatest passion was helping others. So many have blessed her life with special friendship and love. Bobby is survived by her special fur-baby Sparkle Jean; sons, Kevin and (wife) Jenny, Mike and (wife) Alisha; her loving grandchildren, Meg, Cam, Zoe, and Zac; a younger sister, Patti of Florida. Her very special children, Albert, Amy and Meg Colville. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 18, at Stoney Run PFWB Church, 12481 Harnett-Dunn Hwy., Dunn.
