He is preceded in death by his father, Kellis E Deaver Sr., mother Alice McKinnon Deaver and brother Kellis E Deaver Jr.
Among those left to cherish his memories are his wife, Agnes Guiton Deaver; son, Donovan Mitchell Deaver Jr. and wife, Robin; step daughter, Shirley Pilon and husband, John; two step sons, David McLean and wife, Donna , Mark McLean and wife, Ree; two grandsons, Jackson and Christian Deaver, brother Edwin S. Deaver ; sister, JoAnn Beasley and husband, Gary; four step grandchildren; five great grandchildren; three nephews and two nieces.
Visitation will be held at Reeves Funeral home in Hope Mills on Friday, April 10th from 6-8 pm.
A graveside service will be held at Cumberland Memorial Gardens on Saturday April 11th at 11 AM.
