Donovan was worn August 8, 1974 in Sullivan County, TN to Eileen Donovan and Billy Wayne Jackson.
A resident of Raeford, Donovan was employed by Cape Fear Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 7:00 pm at Reeves Funeral Home Chapel conducted by Pastor Suggs. A visitation for friends and family will be held from 6:00-7:00 pm prior to the memorial service.
Among those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Jordan Bryant Jackson; mother, B. Eileen Donovan; brothers, Wayne Jackson and Michael Jackson; aunts Patricia Autry and Connie Donovan; uncle James Donovan and loving girlfriend, Stephanie Freeman.
