He is preceded in passing by his Father, Wilfredo Torres, whom he adored.
We tragically lost Frankie to his lifelong battle with asthma on Christmas Eve. He is survived by his wife Roxanne Torres ,of the home,and their 9 year old fur baby Ortiz. Frankie leaves behind numerous friends and family members that will miss him dearly.
A Visitation with Friends & Family will be held at Reeves Funeral Home on Monday January 2, 2023 from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. A Celebration of Frankie's Life will be held at the Manna Church Cliffdale Site following the visitation at 2 P.M.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made in Frankie's memory to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation or the charity of your choice.
