Gary Lane Holleman

The son of the late W.C. Holleman and Peggy Holleman in Harnett County, NC.

Gary was a loving and devoted “Dad and Papa” and friend to many.

Gary was a retired welder with Firestone, with over 30 years of committed service.

He loved playing his guitar. Gary was a true outdoorsy man, especially when cutting grass. Surrounded by the great outdoors always put a smile on his face.

He was preceded in death other than his parents was three brothers, Ricky Holleman, Richard Holleman, and Ronnie Holleman.

Gary is survived by his only daughter, Jennifer Holleman Barefoot, and fiancée, Caleb Braswell, of Rocky Mount, NC; two grandchildren, Makayla Gordon and Dylan Gordon; one great-granddaughter, Little Miss Aa’liyah; and a very special friend, Debra Lynn Williams, of Dunn, NC.

The family will hold a celebration of life service in the near future.
