Dunn, NC Mrs. Gladys Moore McLamb, 92, of Dunn died Thursday at her daughter’s home. She was born July 26, 1921 in Johnston County, daughter of the late Jeff and Mamie Moore. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl McLamb, two brothers, Cleo and Oliver Moore and a sister, Rowena Smith. A funeral service will be held Sunday, June 22 at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Cromartie-Miller & Lee Funeral Home with Rev. Randy Beasley officiating. Burial will follow in Devotional Gardens. She is survived by three daughters, Bettie Sue Martin of Dunn, Hilda Barefoot and husband John of Greensboro and Edna Beasley and husband Jackie of Dunn, one brother, W. R. Moore, two sisters, Ada McLamb and Alene Roberts, five grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00 – 3:00 P.M. at Cromartie-Miller & Lee Funeral Home and other times at the home.
