Mr. Dalton was born on February 18, 1947 in Cumberland County, NC, to the late Daniel and Lula Tyndall Dalton.
The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Saturday, September 15, 2012 at Reeves Funeral Home in Hope Mills.
A graveside service and burial will be held at 2pm Sunday, September 16, 2012 at Lafayette Memorial Park in Fayetteville.
Mr. Dalton was preceded in death by his son, Randy Lee Dalton.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Sharon Dalton; son Jim Schreiber and his wife Jill; daughter, Renee Schreiber Mims, 3 sisters; 3 brothers; 4 grandsons, Brandon, Michael, Justin, and William; and many loving nieces and nephews.
Mr. Dalton was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
