Jonnie Dale West

Jonnie Dale West, also know as Dale "Tokyo" West, age 85, of Dunn, North Carolina passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Emerald Nursing & Rehab in Lillington, NC. He was born March 17, 1932 in Harnett County, North Carolina the son of the late Vernon West and Esther Mae Pope West. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Kerry West; and brother, Raymond West. Jonnie proudly served his country in the United States Navy and continued his service to others as a fire fighter. He was an avid golfer and loved to be on the golf course or playing card games with his friends. Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of 66 years, Patricia Ann West of the home; sons Timothy West and wife Belinda and Jonnie West and wife Debbie both of Dunn, NC; daughters, Elizabeth Dawkins and Angel Dudley both of Dunn, NC; and numerous loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
