
Born on November 1, 1964, in Guam to Francisco and Maria Blas, Judy was the second to the youngest of 12 children. She later graduated from Lemon Grove University in San Diego, California.
Judy worked at MSC Terminix, where she was extremely hard working and truly enjoyed her job. Her dedication and reliability were evident in all she did, and she approached her work with the same commitment she brought to her family and community.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Francisco Blas, Barbara Serrano, Pedro Blas, and Dede Dumanal. She is survived by her children, Lea Walker; Brittany Durham and her husband Jordon; Chelsie Walker; and Justin Walker. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Justin Jr, Milly Ana, and Nova Lani; and her sisters, Rosalind San Nicholas, Maria Letuligasenoa, Terri Mendiola, Francisca Arnold, Florence Castro, Marlene Blas, and Tina Perez, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In her personal life, Judy found joy in gardening, and she especially cherished spending time with her grandchildren. She was also known as a wonderful cook—particularly for her chamorro cuisine, which will be fondly remembered by family and friends.
Visitation with Family & Friends will be held at Reeves Funeral Home, 3308 N Main St, Hope Mills, North Carolina 28348, on March 10, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. A Funeral Service will follow at Reeves Funeral Home on March 10, 2026, at 4:00 pm.
