Mr. Neal William Lucas, Jr., age 73, of Ashe Ave., Dunn died Monday Evening, October 26, 2015 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. Mr. Lucas was born in Harnett County on September 7, 1942 the son of the late Neal William Lucas, Sr. & Mary Kate Smith Lucas and is preceded in death a Son, Bryan Lucas. He is also preceded in death by 4 sisters, Lillian Lucas, Mary Alice Byrd, Nellie Budwick & Dorothy Cox and 2 Brothers, Vilious & Lewis Lucas. Mr. Lucas was retired from Erwin Mills. A Funeral Service will be held Thursday October 29, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Grace Chapel Church with the Rev. Jerome Pope Officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Church Cemetery. He is survived by: His Wife: Gladys F. Lucas of the home. Son: Phil Lucas of Dunn, NC A Daughter: Christy Lucas Jackson & (husband) Roy of Dunn, NC. Daughter-in-Law: Rhonda C. Ferrell of Dunn, NC. Brother: L.C.
