Paul was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Fay Cottrell.
Funeral services will be Monday, October 3, 2016 a 12:30 pm at Reeves Funeral Home Chapel with interment to follow at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake with full military honors. Visitation will be Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Reeves Funeral Home from 3-6 pm.
Those left to remember his life and mourn his passing include two sons, Paul Cottrell, Jr. and wife Fayth and Allen Cottrell, Sr. and wife Jean; grandson, Allen Cottrell, Jr. and wife Jamie; thirteen grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
