Shirley was born December 14, 1935 in Bladen County, North Carolina to the late Harvey and Sarah West Cain.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 2 pm at Windsor UMC in Ammon, NC. Visitation will be from 1-2 pm prior to the service at the church.
Surviving are sister, Jackie Thompkins; nephews, Myron Thompkins and Trent Thompkins (Teresa); great niece, Jessica Thompkins and great nephew, Steven Thompkins II (Sydney).
