William Fields

Butch was born March 23, 1949 to the late William R. " Billie" Fields and Betty Young Fields. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by his son, David Ashley "Bop" Fields; sister, Sherry Fields; brother-in-law, George Miller and his favorite canine, BoJoe the Desert Dog.

Butch is survived by his loving wife of 46 years , Patricia " Patty" Miller Fields of the home; son William “Billy" Fields (Cathy Fulk) ; Daughter Virginia " Ginny" Fields and beloved grandchildren Meghan Hernandez, Wyatt Graves, Josh Paschal, and Jalen Pennington.

Siblings include Vickie Fields Alsabrook of Atlanta, Georgia; Su-Ann Fields Matthews ( Kevin) of Hope Mills; Jana Fields Patterson (John) of Elon, NC; and Michael Fields ( Timmie) of Bonneau Beach, SC.

Surviving in laws include Phillip Miller, Jr. (Linda) of Vancouver, WA; Donna M. Stolle (Bob) of Garner, NC; Richard Miller (Melanie) , Christine Rausch, Jerry Miller, Mike Miller and Charles Miller all of Orlando, Florida. Nieces and nephews include: Eddie Miller (Melinda) , Missy Miller Blackman (Wayne), Wheeler Alsabrook, Autumn Miller Blake, (Rory), Greg Patterson, Phillip Miller Smith, Ginger Gregory, Philip Gregory, Tyler Brown, Lauren Miller, Kristen Miller, Brittany Miller, Payton Rausch, and Ryan Miller Epps.
