Wilma Nell Jackson

Dunn, NC Mrs. Wilma Nell Jackson, age 75, of Dunn died Thursday, December 10, 2015 at her home. Mrs. Jackson was born in Crisp, Georgia on March 18, 1940 the daughter of the late Reuben Elbert & Alice Thomas Wright and is preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Jackson, a sister, Imogene Woodard and a brother, Willie Wright and a grandson, Michael Burns. Mrs. Jackson was a homemaker and a loving Mama and a very special “Mema” to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A Funeral service will be held Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Fisher officiating. Burial will be in the Bynum Methodist Church Cemetery in Pittsboro on Monday. She is survived by: 2 Daughters: Jennifer Wright & (husband) Jim of Dunn, NC. Regina Jones & (husband) Alan of Dunn, NC Brothers: James Wright of Arabi, Georgia & Malgram Wright of Fitzgerald, Georgia A Sister: Louise Clark of Pittsboro, NC Grandchildren: Jeremy Wright & (wife)Sarah of Benson, NC, Craig Burns & (wife) Shannon of Dunn, NC, Travis Burns of Daytona Beach, Fl., Granddaughter-in-Law: Tammy Burns of Dunn, NC 5 Great-Grandchildren: Benjamin Wright, Ethan Burns, Brianna Burns, Dylan Burns & Makenna Wright. An abundance of Nieces and Nephews The Family will receive friends Sunday, Dec. 13, 2015 from 2:00 – 3:00pm at Cromartie Miller Funeral Home in Dunn. One hour prior to the service.
