Billy was preceded in death by his father Joe Wallace, grandparents Allie Rucker of Hot Springs, Sid and Elizabeth Wallace of Aly, Arkansas.
Survivors include his mother Peggy Wallace of Hot Springs, 2 sisters Betty Boone (Rick), Christy Ross all of Hot Springs, 2 half-brothers and 1 half-sister Ronnie Wallace of Story, Arkansas, Bobby Wallace of Booneville, California, Debbie Sanchez (Tony) of Mexico, 10 nephews and 3 nieces Joshua Boone, Logan Boone, Austin Boone, all of Hot Springs, Jacob Ross of Hot Springs, Hunter Bissell, Fisher Bissell both of Mt. Ida, Tony Sanchez, Jason Sanchez, Vinnie Sanchez, and Noah Sanchez all of Mexico. 3 nieces, Brittaney Ross, Emily Ross both of Lake Havana City, Arizona, Rochelle Bissell of Mt. Ida, Arkansas, and brother-in-law Bobby Ross.
Billy has numerous other relatives and friends that he leaves to share his memories.
Bill was a very hard worker and spent the biggest part of his life in construction until he became disabled. He had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off of his back. Billy will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him.
A memorial service will be held at Gross Funeral Home on Thursday April 7, 2022 at 1 pm.
