
King, Deborah (“Debi)” L. - Age 68, lately of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away after a harsh battle with cancer on Saturday, August 26. Debi was born July 23, 1955 to Donald and Martha Van Horn in Russellville, Arkansas and grew up in Fritch, Texas. Debi worked in the telecommunications field for many years, principally in Tennessee.
Debi is preceded in death by her parents; her brother Herman Van Horn and his daughter Leslie; her brother-in-law Troy Skinner; her mother-in-law Ann King, sister-in-law Melba; and her beloved daughter Crystal. She is survived by her son Sean, her 3 grandchildren, Dailen Brown, Chazon King, and Skylar King. She leaves several brothers-in-law, Phillip King of Cabot, Arkansas and his son Noah; Tim (Miki), King of Hot Springs, their son Srdjan; Stephen King and his children, (Kosha, Kara) as well as her beloved father-in-law Chester King of Cabot, Arkansas. Debi is also survived by her sister Carol and her husband Loy Robinson and her children, Chuck and Brent Smith, Nancy Nowlin; her sister Donna Jean Skinner and her sons, Kevin and Kyle Kendrick; and her niece Cherie McIlvain.
Debi leaves behind many friends in Tennessee who loved her, especially her dry wit, her laughter, and her love of lake life.
