So many good memories I have of Henrietta.  I enjoyed knowing her and her family in New Orleans and Hot Springs and will miss visiting her.   An old friend of her said, she was a true Southern Lady.  Deepest Sympathies to the Stumpf family.

Comforted today, knowing Dear will at long last be next to Gramps again. George and Henrietta, together again.

I knew Henrietta Stumpf starting before I entered elementary school in the 1950's. Back then she was "Mrs. Stumpf" to me but she was a very kind person and I really liked her. Much later I remember her teaching a class on marriage in the early 70's that my wife Debbie and I attended. She must have taught us well because 42 years later the knot is still tied.  I will miss her and hope to see her when Christ awakens His sleeping saints. She'll be in that number.

WOAll the chairs and towels are set up in the fellowship room and the mens' two back rooms. The cry room has a supply of towels we put therebut is otherwise not set up. I think couples using the room will know what to do.

Dear Chuck, Karen, Judy, and family.  Troy and I have such pleasant memories of your mom (and dad) from our visits with them at the Association of SDA Optometrist.  Loved her warmth, her friendship to us and our girls (who were very little when we started attending the ASDAO), plus her drawl!  We are praying for you now.  May the service be beautiful and full of wonderful memories from such a fine lady!  Praying for Jesus to come soon!

Jan and I would like to share what a blessing your Mother has been in our lives, and the lives of our church family.  She has given a lot of love, and someone else will really have to step up to the standard of love she has shared.  I know that same love runs through each of her children.  We look forward to the hope of living in our eternal home with family and friends and all the new friends.  Our prayer is that you all will remain faithful to the truth we find in Jesus and His word.
It has been wonderful being Henrietta's Pastor, and knowing that she also prayed for Jan and I.  Wish we could have also known her husband.  And someday will.  
May she now rest from the cares and worries of this world, until Christ comes to take His people home.

Probably in 1971, I became acquainted with Henrietta, George, Chuck (later, Lois), and Karen when visiting my parents in New Orleans.  In 1981, we moved here and have fond memories of Henrietta.  One of the most memorable is when she worked with my mother, getting the Adventist exhibit ready for the 1984 Worlds Fair.

The photo of Henrietta is exactly as I remember her, with that warm smile.  For the family, my prayers and thoughts are with you.

Henrietta was a delightful person.  She never met a person she didn't know and you were always greeted with that wonderful smile.  My son, now 51, attended for first grade class.  I remember her telling me that my son was "a little hyperactive" and if he wanted to stand by his desk because he couldn't sit still, then that would be OK with her.  She was a good Christian example for myself and my children.  Praise God that she lived such a wonderful life.

Your mother was one of my favorite teachers (not easy, though) and one of the few that left a lasting impression on me. My prayers are with each of you during this difficult time.  Know that you are loved.

Katherine and I have memories of your Mom and Dad that are cherished even after 50 years.  They were both such wonderful, loving Christians who always made you feel as if you were the most important people in their lives. In 1971, my wife and I were asked to be the Pastors of the New Orleans First Seventh Day Adventist Church.  It was our privilege to visit 
George and Henrietta Stumpf.  That visit began a friendship that lasted through the years.  George was the first Elder of the Church and Henrietta a teacher at our school.  Henrietta was a cherished teacher for our daughters.  It was our privilege through the years to visit on many occasions.  Her most loving words to us were, "You are like family to the Stumpfs."  We have indeed lost a Saint.

Robert and I are very sorry for the loss of your Mother.  We have fond memories of both your Mother and Father when we visited in Louisiana and in Hot Springs.

So sorry for your loss, I have wonderful memories of Mrs. Stumpf. She was my 1st grade teacher. May the presence of our Lord provide you with comfort during such difficult time.

My mother-in-law was the most godly woman I've ever known and her prayers for me and my family have always meant so much. She was patient and kind, and always an encourager. Above all, she loved God and family meant the world to her. After her beloved George passed away in 2001, she consciously set out to reinvent her life and that inspired me. I never dreamed she would live almost 14 years beyond her soul mate. She was a treasure, and now, the next thing she will know is the face of Jesus and her husband's arms around her. Thank you, Dear, for being a huge influence in my life. You were greatly loved and you will be greatly missed. You deserve your rest.

I will always remember trying to teach you how to draw. You've taught me so many things but one that first comes to mind is be the best at all you do and have a positive attitude and outlook in all aspects of life. Let the spark of the Lord inside you spread everywhere you go. I love you Dearie!
