Mary Ruth Walker

Mary Ruth Walker, 84, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021.

She was born October 18, 1936 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to the late Clyde & Annie Laura (Daniels) Riley.

Mary was a retired substitute teacher and a member of First Baptist Church, but most of all, she was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandma.

She is survived by her husband, of 63 years, Bill Walker; children Terri Walker Knapick and Wade Walker; siblings Betty Nobles (Herbert Ray), Herbert Riley (Mary Lou) and Faye Martin; grandchildren Mary Kendal Hudson (Kregg) and Hannah Walker; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Saturday 10:00 am to 11:00 am at First Baptist Church with a memorial service beginning at 11:00 am with Bro. John McCollum officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church.

We have lost a gem to our great God in heaven She and my mom Mary Riley were from Hattiesburg Mississippi and Bill was Faiths boss at Forest Service But I got to know them more in adult choir. I loved her love for God and our Church. Wow will miss 🙏🙏🙏🙏
