

Nancy Yvonne Reininger, 87 of Hot Springs passed away on August 13, 2024 in Hot Springs, Ar. Nancy was born on November 15, 1936 in Milwaukie, WI. Nancy will be remembered by her feisty personality and was often referred to as the “Energizer bunny”. Nancy owned The Blue Iris Florist and was a member and served in CCM, Samaritans Ministries and The Iris Society. She was a member of the First Lutheran Church where she served faithfully in the Prayer Shawl, Touch Team and the Prayer Garden.
Nancy loved Bingo, art, bean-bag baseball, jewelry, volunteering to help the less fortunate and cooking her favorite German food. One of Nancy’s most cherished memories was winning the award for “Best Choice Italian Restaurant”. Nancy loved spending time with her family, especially on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Nancy is survived by her children, Sharon Echols (Robby (deceased)) and David Rosamond (Joyellen); her grandchildren, Kim Sanders (Mark), Christina Miller, Bradley Echols, Tyler Echols (Tonashae), Jeremy Miller (Loretta), Robin Busch (Ryan); nine great grandchildren and a great-great grandchild arriving in November: as well as a host of nieces and nephews and a sister, Ruth Clemment.
Preceded in death by her parents, Rupert Banter and Hedwig (Honeck) Banter, her siblings Kim Banter and Aimee Banter; and her beloved husbands Doyle Rosamond (1977) and Lyle Reininger (2022), respectively.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2024 from 2-4 at Gross Funeral Home. Please join all who loved Nancy at a funeral service on Monday, August 19, 2024 at 10am, at First Lutheran Church with a graveside service to follow at Crestview Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers are Tyler Echols, Bradley Echols, Jeremiah Miller, Ryan Busch, Michael Miller, and Mark Sanders.
Honorary pallbearers are Cindy Freeman, Doug & Judy Fields, Dr. Diane Bodemann, and Kenny Ward, and the staff & residents of Country Club Village.
