Phillip spent his working years in a variety of careers, most notably with Mike Heating and Air, where he was admired for his skill, reliability, and dedication. Those who worked with him remember his quiet determination and the care he took in everything he did.
Phillip’s life was guided by his faith. He served faithfully as a deacon at Piney Baptist Church and was an active member of Gideons International. He had a generous spirit, always willing to lend a hand, offer guidance, or share a word of encouragement.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Liz Robbins; his parents, Kenneth and Dorothy Robbins; and his brother-in-law, Pat Fields.
Phillip is survived by his daughter, Kristen Robbins, and her wife, Tori Robbins; his sister, Judy Fields; nephew, Dr. Patrick Fields, and his wife, Dr. Ashley Fields; and a wide circle of friends and family who will remember his kindness and the warmth he brought into their lives.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Piney Baptist Church, honoring Phillip’s lifelong devotion to his faith, his family, and his community.
A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at Piney Baptist Church at 9:00am. The funeral service will begin at 10:00am with a graveside service at Lowe Cemetery to follow.
