Sherry Lynn Woodall

November 8 1954-March 10 2026

SPC Sherry was a 20 year veteran of the Army National Guard.

A 22 year employee for Wal-Mart.

Sherry loved to travel and her favorite pastime was crocheting.

She loved spending time with her family and listening to music.

Sherry is a member of FBC Royal.

She is predeceased by her parents Rufus & Sybil Mims, 1 brother David Mims, and 1 sister Pauline Mims. She is survived by her daughter Rachel A. Green, her sisters Lois Keener(Carl), Glenda Studstill Wilmore(Marshall), 3 brothers John Mims(Tracy), Woody Mims(Becky), Billy Mims and many nieces and nephews.

Most of all Sherry would want you to know Romans 10:9-13, if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is worth your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

As scripture says, anyone who trust in Him will never be put to shame. For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile, the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on Him.For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

You can be sure of this, our time on earth is shorter than we think. Where we go after our time on earth is forever.

There will be a private service for family at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery and a memorial service will be held at 2pm on Friday March 20th, at First Baptist Church of Royal, 7402 Albert Pike Road, Royal, AR.
