With heavy hearts, we say goodbye to Susan Elizabeth Joplin, a beloved daughter, sister, partner, friend, and soul who finally rests in peace after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Susan’s warmth, kindness, and vibrant spirit touched everyone she met.
She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Charles and Clarice Joplin.
Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Ginger Copeland; her nephew, Landon Pike; her partner in life, Joe Bob Garner; her fur baby, Hydee; and a wide circle of dear friends whose lives she enriched.
A celebration of Susan’s life will be held at a later date.
Susan’s spirit will forever remain in our hearts, and her legacy of love and resilience will continue to inspire us all.
