Tommy was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas in 1974 to the late Glenn and Sarah Sugg. He was a US navy veteran. Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Dianna; sister and brother in law Glenda and Sherman Peacock (Hot Springs); sister Nancy Davis (Hot Springs); sister in law Corrine Bell (Jonesboro); and three nephews Jeff Davis (Little Rock), Vance (Niki) Peacock ( Denver), and John W. Bell (Heather) (Jonesboro).
A private service will be held for the family. Cremation is by Gross Funeral Home.
