Vicki was preceded in death by her father Ebin D. Rowan. Those still cherishing her memory are her husband; Steve Norris of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, son, Chris Baker of Texarkana, Texas, mother; Thelma Rowan of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, three sisters; Laney McClure of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, Desirhea Camarillo of Allen, Texas, and Tammy Rowan of Hot Springs, Arkansas, two brothers; Dana Rowan of Dekalb, Texas and Jeff Rowan of Allen, Texas, two grandsons; David Baker and Ryan Baker of Naples, Texas and one granddaughter; Lyndsi Nipper of Texarkana, Texas, two great-granddaughters; Mackenzie and Peyton of Naples, Texas.

To honor Vicki’s memory, loved ones have chosen a private memorial service by the lake on Sunday May 24, 2015. She was passionate about St. Jude Children’s Hospital and gave to them regularly. You can honor Vicki’s memory by sending a memorial contribution in her name to St. Jude in lieu of flowers.
