Victoria Jane Fleming, 64, of Hot Springs, AR, formerly of Ypsilanti, passed away on June 28, 2023. She was born September 22, 1958, in Ypsilanti, MI as the daughter of Augustine and Mary H. Schaal. Vikki was a 1976 graduate of Belleville High School in Belleville, MI, and enjoyed the sunshine, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. She married her self- described soul mate, Scott J. Fleming, on April 22, 2010.
Vikki is survived by two children, Jeremy Newby of Springdale, AR, and Kelly (Joshua) Frazee of Sarasota, FL; one granddaughter, Madilyn Frazee; two grandsons, Jacob Newby and Jackson Frazee, and many close friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary in 2002; her father Augustine in 2004; her husband Scott in 2010, and her brother Phillip G. Schaal in 2011. Vikki’s family and friends loved her dearly and found comfort knowing she is reunited with Scott, her parents, and other loved ones. Cremation rites have been accorded and the spreading of cremains will occur at a later date.
