Wanda Hardage

Wanda Sue Hardage, 81 passed away Thursday, December 18th, 2014 at her home from natural causes. She was born November 27th, 1933 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to the late Joe and Vera Robbins. Wanda was a homemaker and later worked at Oaklawn Racetrack and John’s on Central Avenue after her children were grown. In addition to her parents, Wanda was predeceased by her husband, James Hardage; son, Ronald Hardage; her grandson, Andrew James Athetis IV; and four brothers, Eugene, Frankie, Billie Joe Robbins, and Ronald Parker. She is survived by her children, Richard Robbins, Danny Hardage (Tracy), Joe Hardage, and Gina Athetis (Drew); sister, Mary Robbins Sexton; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, December 30th, 2014 at Gross Funeral Home, 120 Wrights St., Hot Springs, Arkansas 71913 (501)624-1244. Graveside funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Wednesday, December 31st, 2014 at Shady Grove Cemetery (Golf Links and Shady Grove Rd) with Mike Simmons officiating.
