He is survived by his wife, Felicia Smith and children, Tyler Smith, Adrian Smith, Jr., Javarie Davis and Taylor Crawford. Brother, Clarence Washington, four grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Smith and Marion Ransom. Brother, Dwayne Smith, sisters, Robin Smith, Angie Lewis and niece, Brittany Lewis.
