A public viewing will be conducted from 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, May 7, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home chapel, 230 S. Hollywood Road, Houma, LA, 70360. Burial will follow in Deweyville Cemetery.
She is survived by her brother, Henry Anderson; her sisters, Betty Matthews and Buffy Johnson; devoted caregivers/cousin, Steven Gauche, Sr. and wife, Kathy; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack, Sr. and Alice Gauche Johnson; brothers, Jack, Jr. and Craig Johnson, Sr.; paternal grandparents, Joseph and Mary Johnson; maternal grandparents, Andrew and Channey Braxton Gauche; godparents, Allen, Sr. and Deborah Gauche Stadium.
