Amelia Johnson Daniels, age 54, a native and a resident of Franklin, La., died Saturday, June 25, 2011 at Franklin Foundation Hospital at 3:27 PM. Memorial Service will be Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 10:00 AM at Crossing Place in Franklin, La. Amelia leaves to cherish her memory; her husband, Johnny Daniels, Sr. of Franklin, La; three sons, Johnny (Chassity Curtis)Daniels, Jr. and Joshua Bernard Daniels (Joniqua Nicole Darby) both of Franklin, and Eric Jamal Provost of New Iberia, La; five brothers, Hosey Provost, Joseph Provost and David Provost all of Franklin, La., Monroe Provost of Morgan City and Edward Provost of Baldwin; one godchild, Paris Hawkins of Franklin, La; three sisters, Lorraine Provost, Roxanne Provost and Lois Batiste all of Franklin, and one grandchild, Me'Khiya Monaye Darby of Franklin and a host of relatives and friends. Amelia was preceded in death by her father, Monroe Provost, Sr., her mother, Winnie Mae Richardson, and two brothers, Briscoe Johnson and Ed Provost, Sr.
