Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at New Zion Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Southdown Cemetery.
She is survived by her sons, Nolan (Keyana) Nelson, Sr., Cyron (Deja) Nelson and Sanya Nelson; six grandchildren; parents, Charles, Sr. and rose Mary Simmons Wilson; brother, Charles, Jr. and Terrance Wilson; sister, Kimmie Dardar (Edgar); companion, Shannon Battley; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Darian Wilson; paternal grandparents, Richard and Lilly Mae Wilson and August, Sr. and Ruth T. Simmons.
