Bobby Lumpkin

Bobby was a veteran of the United States Army, receiving an honorable discharge. 

Military honors will be rendered on Wednesday January 6, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home Chapel in Franklin, with a private interment at a later date. 

Memories of Bobby will forever remain in the hearts of his wife, Ernestine G. Lumpkin of Franklin, LA; his father, Manuel Lumpkin of Four Corners, LA; his mother, Bessie B. Lumpkin of Franklin, LA; his siblings, Joseph Lumpkin, Donald Lumpkin, Irving (Christine) Lumpkin, Christopher Lumpkin, and Sharon Lumpkin; four step-children, Graceland Gable, Rickey Gable, Equanna Gable, and Wybra Dauntein'; three children he helped to rear, Deangela Sophus, Latasha Smith, and Gilbert Dauphine, twelve grandchildren; a devoted great-grandchild; aunts, Lillie Belle Randle and Ernestine St. Junious; uncles, Rufus Conley and Felton Conley and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Bobby was preceded in death by his brothers, Leroy Lumpkin, Robert Lumpkin, Kenneth Lumpkin, James Lumpkin and Paul Anthony Lumpkin and his maternal grandparents, Charlie Blanks and Mary Conley & paternal grandparents, Manuel & Lucy Lumpkin.
